- Do I have to be in Texas?
- No. John is based in Dallas–Fort Worth and will sit in person there when it helps. Owners anywhere in the U.S. work with him by call. Same senior seat. No flight required.
- Can you handle HR law and compliance outside Texas?
- Yes. John researches employer law and compliance for any U.S. state as part of the work. This is still practical HR, not a legal opinion. For a legal opinion you want an employment attorney in that state. We work alongside that, not instead of it.
- Is this legal advice?
- No. Quick HR is people, process, and employer practice. John will look up the rules that apply where you operate. An employment attorney is still the right seat for a legal opinion.
