I’m John Singleton, SHRM-CP. Owners of about 15 to 80 person companies call when they don’t have an HR person and they’re tired of being the HR person. You get time back. I handle the people side.

I’m based in Waxahachie. I meet in person around Dallas–Fort Worth when that helps, and I work with small and mid-market businesses anywhere in the US by phone and video. See how remote HR support works.
